Smoothie: 2 cups vegetable milk, 1 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), 10g açai powder, 2 bananas, 3 dates - pitted and finely chopped, 1/3 cup oat flakes, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp chia seeds.
