5 Min / Makes 1 Cup
Jam: 1 cup of freshly squeezed blood orange juice, 2 heaped tbsp açai powder, 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp chia seeds
Serving: bread, coconut yogurt, nut butter (optional), berries (optional)
Mix orange juice with açai and vanilla powders. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup and stir in the chia seeds. Let it rest for 30 mins so the chia seeds are well steeped.
Serve with favourite toasted bread, coconut yogurt. Some nut butter and berries are wonderful here too.
The jam will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
